Alltruck rental have a selection of artic crane trucks for contract hire, available on long and short-term rental contracts to companies in Scotland. Fitted with Fassi heavy duty cranes these units are perfect for applications when you require greater lifting capacities and extended reach. Typically used for lifting heavy loads such as containers, cold storage, office or modular units and boats. Our customers are typically specialist transportation companies and equipment or machinery manufacturers. The crane units can be ran solo, operated with a trailer or supplied with a small removable body that can be used for smaller movements like generators or transformers.

An artic crane unit provides greater flexibility over rigid crane lorries when moving large, heavy equipment, providing greater payloads, especially when plated to 80 tonne and also huge lifting capabilities with the benefit of having larger cranes. An alternative to smaller mobile cranes, tractor units fitted with cranes offer smooth remote controlled precision lifting but can also be used for general road haulage.

We have several artic crane units which are fitted with fly jibs and front leg stabilizers for 360 degree extended lifts over the cab, high stability and providing incredible reach, these units are highly specialised and are usually hired for fixed term projects.
