Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 Dependent on Experience 

Vehicle Rental Administrator 

We have an exciting opportunity for a rental administrator to join our successful and ambitious group of companies. As a group, we provide a broad range of commercial vehicle services to customers across Scotland and have almost 300 commercial vehicles on hire to companies across various sectors. 

Our head office is currently in Bonnybridge, and as the new vehicle rental administrator you will be working within our truck rental division alongside our rental manager and service team. You will be tasked with ensuring high levels of customer care to our customers by way of excellent communication and meticulous document administration.

Desirable Skillset;

-  Experience in a similar role within the CV, Car or Equipment hire industry.

-  Experience of fleet management software or the use of internal systems.

-  Knowledge of Word, Excel and general office administration.

-  Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal.

-  An excellent telephone manner and friendly nature.
